Matt the Miller’s Tavern in Dublin is rebranding as MTM Tavern | Steakhouse, with new menu updates that launched on Sept. 25. Owner Craig Barnum, known for his work at Tucci’s and Oscar's of Dublin, is adding steakhouse fare to the menu, including a wagyu sirloin, ribeye, twin filets, and New York strip, all served with classic sides like mashed potatoes and asparagus, plus optional upgrades.
Barnum has brought on chefs Will Mahoney and Joel Blankenship, while Chef Patrick Klinker continues to lead the kitchen. Revived dishes from Oscar’s include Lake Erie walleye, ahi tuna tacos, and shrimp pasta.
Despite the changes, MTM will keep fan favorites like burgers, flatbreads, and sandwiches. The restaurant also boasts expanded children's options and a refreshed private dining space for 20 to 50 guests. Barnum aims to attract diners from growing nearby areas like Jerome Township and Marysville.
