Pelotonia 2024: Partying For A Great Cause

This year’s party serves as a cornerstone event in our continued support of Pelotonia, bringing the community along as we work to combat cancer. 

Sponsorships Are Still Available! 

10% of each sponsorship goes directly to 2024 Pelotonia cancer research: 

• VIP Sponsor — $10,000: Wristband access to the private patio for 75 of your VIPs, unlimited food + drinks, inclusion in paid digital advertisements, brand logo featured on event wayfinding, brand logo included on event t-shirts and more

• Neighborhood Partner Sponsor — $2,000: Enhanced logo placement, website recognition, exclusive naming rights to a specific activity or event segment of your choosing, in addition to booth space, social media features and ceremony shoutouts

• Community Supporter Partner — $1,000: Brand logo featured on event banners, posts and promotional materials, social media shoutouts, booth space and ceremonial recognitions

• Official Afterparty Sponsor — $2,500: Specific shoutouts by the band, booth space, prominent logo placement on promotional materials, social media features, ceremonial acknowledgment, and an influx of patrons during and after (10 p.m.) the event

Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) rules will be in effect, allowing attendees to stroll through the West Plaza without having to part ways with their drinks. Our adult guests can fuel the nightlife and enjoy their favorite alcoholic beverages from North High Brewing Company and Getaway Brewing!

Free event parking is available at the library, ensuring convenient access for all.
