Known as a team builder and talent developer, many of his old team can be found climbing the corporate ladder at PepsiCo and beyond. He went on to a Private Equity backed consumer goods company where he led the nearly doubling of EBITDA over 3 years on the shoulders of the two fastest growing brands in their categories in the US as the Senior Vice President of Sales.
Today, as the Principal of Summit Sales Consulting powered by Sales Xceleration, he has helped business owners and their sales teams improve their revenue generation capability. To accomplish this, he helps them enhance their sales strategies, methodologies, processes, and teams.
