Cornerstone of Hope presents Grief Matters Free Workshop: Unmasking Our Grief

In our demanding world, we often feel the need to hide the pain of grief. But there is healing in being seen. Come explore a gentle art activity and make your grief mask. What is the face you show the world? And what is the real face of your grief? All materials and supplies will be provided.

Annie received her certificate of completion from the Wellstreams Training Program in Spiritual Formation in 2009. She serves as a spiritual director, clinician, and group facilitator for Cornerstone of Hope.

About Grief Matters Education Workshop Series:
Grief Matters is a free monthly education workshop series designed to provide opportunities to explore and manage grief in new ways. Recognizing that the experience of grief is both unique and universal, Grief Matters offers additional support for those striving to learn, grow, connect, and heal.
Each month, a topic or activity is presented that may help improve wellness and coping through education, self-care, and emotional expression. Participants are encouraged to try new skills and incorporate them into their lives if appropriate for their personal grief journey.
