Over the past two years\, Gabe has been studying Personal Development and Leadership Development with\n\nthe John Maxwell Team and has begun his own business as a Personal Development Coach\, Mentor\, Speaker and Trainer called You By Design.\n\n\n\nGabe has been an Educator with Dublin City Schools since 1999 and served in many roles throughout the District. Currently Gabe is a teacher and a coach at Scioto High School. Gabe is leading at Scioto through his work as a Wellness Department Chair leading change in curriculum and delivery models and as an Assistant Football Coach Gabe is actively involved in the culture of the program. Gabe has\n\nproudly worked as a Teacher and Administrator at Indian Run Elementary\, Bailey Elementary and Davis Middle School.
