DESCRIPTION:The Human Resources Executive Council is comprised of HR executives in our community who come together every other month during lunch to network and discuss the most urgent HR needs and issues in the community. Meetings are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and lunch is provided to all attendees.\n\nThis is an exclusive\, by invitation-only event. It's no secret that healthy employees are more productive\, have higher job satisfaction and lead to reduced medical costs\, but many employers have no idea where to begin. While changing behavior is solely on employees\, employers have a tremendous opportunity to help their employees by providing comprehensive health and wellness programs. Learn more about the City's new corporate wellness initiatives and how they can benefit your organization and help you become an employer of choice!\n\n\n\nAbout the presenter: Cheryl Mueller\, VP\, HORAN\n\nCheryl Mueller\, Vice President\, Central Ohio\, is instrumental in proposing strategies that can\n\nbe implemented to enhance employee benefit programs while containing costs and improving\n\nemployee understanding and appreciation of their benefits.\n\n\n\nInvolved in group health benefits since 2000 and utilizing her previous roles with HORAN as\n\nan Account Manager\, Financial Analyst and Marketing and Communications Manager\, Cheryl\n\nprovides insight to the overall planning involved in delivering a well-designed benefits\n\npackage.\n\nCommitted to ongoing education for both employers and employees\, Cheryl assisted in the\n\ncreation of the very successful HORAN Education Series\, which provides current legislative\n\nand industry updates.
