Catherine Lang-Cline is the President and Co-Founder of Portfolio Creative. Portfolio Creative
specializes in assisting our clients find the right people for all areas of marketing and advertising with roles such as, but not limited to, copywriters, graphic designers, web designers, fashion designers, traffic coordinators, and account managers. These roles can be projects, temp, temp-to-hire, or direct hire based on what our clients need.

In 2005, Catherine founded Portfolio Creative with Kristen Harris after years of working in the creative industry. Since they both served as client and talent, they were able to create a business model that makes sense to both client and talent when finding the right match. Their unique creative staffing company now fills a need in Columbus and nationwide.

Catherine is a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association. She is also an active Board member of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Columbus Chamber Small Business Council, Past-President of the NAWBO Columbus Chapter Board, on the Board of Trustees for the Greater Columbus Arts Council, a member of the American Staffing Association and the Women Presidents’ Organization. Portfolio Creative is EDGE certified and certified with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council as a women-owned business. She is also involved with a number of the charitable organizations in the community offering time, volunteer hours, and fundraising.

Catherine was selected as one of Columbus Business First’s 2018 Most Admired CEOs, she has also been a finalist for CEO of the Year with Columbus CEO, as well as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year two years in a row. She is a WELD 2014 Woman You Should Know and a Business First Women of Influence for 2015. Portfolio Creative has also received numerous accolades for growth, including being on the Inc. Magazine 500/5000 list six times and received Columbus’ Business First Fast Fifty Award five times.
