Participate in a FREE personal well-being program led by experts at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. With the rise of remote work and the erosion of work-life boundaries, we have chosen a variety of topics that may help you personally and professionally in 2023.
The topic of this session is "Your Desk - Your Home Away from Home". You'll learn tips for staying healthy at your workstation: ergonomic set up, posture, and exercises.
