Senior Star at Dublin Retirement Village Hosts March Mind Matters Series

Good for your Heart; Good for your Brain: Guest speakers Andrea Klabbatz from Senior Star and Tim Theobold, PTA, from Summit Orthopaedic Home Care. The presentation will showcase how physical activity can stimulate brain activity and brain function. Light refreshments will be served. The talk will cover specific topics related to brain health and feature these areas of wellness: spirituality and support, inner strength, nourishment and health, socialization and engagement and brain power.
