Senior Star at Dublin Retirement Village Hosts Holiday Season Fundraiser

Live auction features stunning pre-decorated Christmas trees and wreaths to benefit Alzheimer’s Association Senior Star at Dublin Retirement Village is pleased to host its annual Holiday Open House shopping festival and Alzheimer's fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, December 6 at 6470 Post Road, Dublin. The highlight of the day is a live auction where guests have the opportunity to bid on an array of beautifully decorated Christmas trees and wreaths all donated by area businesses and family members of Senior Star residents. The jolly celebration also includes vendors selling goods at a craft bazaar, a spectacular food buffet, pictures with Santa, a hot cocoa bar and entertainment throughout the day. Last year, more than 700 people attended this festive, family-friendly event, which raised more than $14,000 for the Alzheimer's Association.
