Nicholas Hill: The Pandemic Portraits

The Pandemic Portraits, begun in March of 2020 by central Ohio artist Nicholas Hill, visually chronicles the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hill continues to draw portraits in a contemplative process, a ritual, with each drawing causing the artist to pause and acknowledge loss one person at a time. The artworks, presented without framing, allow for close inspection and interaction, much like a newspaper.

The Dublin Arts Council gallery is on the main level of the Dublin Arts Center, 7125 Riverside Dr., in Dublin, Ohio.

Gallery hours are Tuesday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month.

Admission and on-site parking are free of charge. Appointments are not necessary.
