Leadership Dublin Executive Program Registration Class of 2021

The Chamber's Leadership Dublin Executive Program is a leadership training program designed to educate and inspire leaders for community service. It is a very unique experience of relationship building, learning, problem-solving, civic engagement and personal growth.

Check out this video from the Leadership Dublin Class of 2020 to see highlights from last year's class.

"I am experiencing numerous changes in my business, and Leadership Dublin put me in contact with valuable resources that have already benefited my orthodontic office. From the first day of the eight month experience, I was exposed to guest speakers who helped develop and refine my leadership skills. It really doesn't matter what business you are in, effective leadership is about understanding who you are and how to leverage the tools and relationships that surround you." Dr. Kent Underwood, Owner of Underwood Orthodontics and Leadership Dublin Graduate

The  Executive Program is designed to give members the tools needed to become active and influential leaders in the Dublin community.

"The Dublin Chamber's Leadership Dublin Executive Program not only expanded my knowledge of the city and its workings, but also grew my network of people within the community. It was great to interact so often with current leaders and the leaders of tomorrow. The relationships I built by being a part of this program will be ones that last a lifetime." Kylene Deitemyer, Manager of Training Programs at Deere & Company and Leadership Dublin Graduate

"The Dublin Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Dublin Executive Program provides unparalleled insights into the everyday life of the Dublin community. Through contact with business, education, and private sector leaders, we were given a great opportunity to learn more about not only what has helped Dublin to become the city it is today, but also what is driving its growth moving forward. In addition, the leadership training provided by the Program was both insightful and thought-provoking, leading us to reexamine the idea of leadership and what it means to be a member of the Dublin community."
Benjamin Pachter, Ph.D., Executive Director
Japan-American Society of Central Ohio
