The food filled day includes an array of international lite fares. Tasting delights feature: cured salmon platter from Sweden; chicken skewers from Japan; Italian wedding soup from Italy; homemade chips, salsa and guacamole from Mexico; soft pretzels and beer cheese from Germany; and Egyptian falafels. Each dish is specially prepared by the chefs on Senior Star’s campus and showcases the many culinary talents residents of the retirement community experience on a daily basis. Guests will be treated to a flavorful journey and escorted via transportation to different locations on Senior Star’s campus for an afternoon sure to please the palate.
