Shawn Henderson is an experienced strategic Human Resources professional. As a Director of Human Resources for Cardinal Health, Shawn currently leads the HR function for the at-Home Solutions Business unit. Supporting Over 2,500 employees across the United States and nearly $3B in revenue, at-Home Solutions leads the nation in serving patients in their home, delivering to most patients in 24 hours.

Prior to this, Shawn held several roles at Cardinal Health across various businesses and segments. Recently, Shawn supported our Pharmaceutical Distribution network which was compromised over 3,500 employees across the nation in our front-line production environments.

Shawn serves as a member of Cardinal Health’s American Heart Association steering committee. He has led the HR team in the Central Ohio Heart Walk for the past six years. While not working, he is an obnoxious Ohio State fan, and an avid traveler and amateur foodie!
