Creative Mindfulness Workshop
This 6-week journey combining meditation and art will be hosted by Mary Skrenta, artist and art educator, and Eszter Gozon, massage therapist and Ayurvedic practitioner.
Each week, you will be led through a different form of meditation followed by a guided art activity as a form of creative expression.
The course is open to all and requires no experience in either meditation or art. Supplies will be provided. Space is limited, so register early!
