Business Impact Breakfast
The Crossroad Area Plan - An infrastructure and land use study for the Hyland Cory and St. R. 161 / Post Road Corridors
Join members of the Dublin and Union County Chambers of Commerce as we explore the development of the the NW 33 Innovation Corridor between Dublin and Marysville, which is one of the fastest growth corridors in the State of Ohio. With thousands of acres of undeveloped land along US 33, it is anticipated that numerous commercial developments will be realized in the coming years.
This Business Impact Breakfast, a joint meeting of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and the Union County Chamber of Commerce, will provide you detailed information about the Crossroads Area Plan – a joint effort of Jerome Township, City of Dublin, City of Marysville, and Union County. When completed, the Plan will provide guidance for future development in the Hyland Croy and SR 161 corridors. We have one chance to secure the highest and best uses and this Plan will provide a blueprint for us to collaborate so that we maximize our land uses and share resources to provide the necessary infrastructure.
Thank you to the City of Dublin for providing the breakfast at this free event!
